17 years ago as a Senior in High School visiting a school 12 hours away from home, I met and fell in love with a guy. That initial interaction with him changed my life forever. I decided to attend this college in North Carolina in the fall; where we continued what we started. After some time together, we went separate ways in life. I never stopped loving him, and hoped one day we would be together. One day is now. After 17 years, I finally married my soul mate.
