The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is about [35 minutes] from our wedding venue. MCO has plenty of nonstop flights and rental car options. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as shuttle services and taxis. If you’re staying at one of our recommended hotels, most are within a short drive from the venue.
Our ceremony will take place at Mead Botanical Garden in Winter Park, FL. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive a little early to get settled—we don’t want you to miss a moment!

Yes! Mead Botanical Garden has a parking lot on-site for guests. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to park and walk to the ceremony area.
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of our beloved nieces and nephews. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out!
Our wedding is Dressy Casual. Think polished but comfortable—sundresses, jumpsuits, skirts with nice tops, or dressy separates work perfectly for women. Men can wear slacks or khakis with a button-down or sport coat (ties optional). We kindly ask no jeans, shorts, or flip-flops.
The ceremony will be outdoors at Mead Botanical Garden, so please dress with the weather in mind. In March, Orlando evenings are usually mild—typically in the 70s during the day and cooling into the 60s at night. We recommend comfortable shoes for walking in the garden and a light layer in case it gets breezy. Dinner will be indoors.
Transportation will not be provided. Mead Botanical Garden has on-site parking, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are also a great option.
