Rocky Mountain National Park
We highly recommend taking time to go explore Rocky Mountain National Park! Timed entry permits are required from 9am - 2pm for general entry and from 5am - 6pm for the Bear Lake corridor. Permits go on sale for July on June 1, and you can make a reservation at https://www.recreation.gov/timed-entry/10086910. You also can get a permit the night before, but these sell out fast. There are tons of options inside the park for hiking and sightseeing! There's two entrances to the park in Estes Park and one at Wild Basin. Let us know if you need help getting a permit or want any recommendations!

Lake Estes
Dive into the beauty of Lake Estes during your visit! Rent a kayak, paddleboard, or pedal boat from the marina and soak up the stunning mountain views from the water. Prefer to stay on land? Take a bike ride or leisurely stroll along the 3.75-mile trail that loops around the lake. Keep an eye out for elk grazing nearby or try your hand at fishing for trout. Whether you’re up for an adventure or just want to relax by the shore, Lake Estes is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the great outdoors!
