What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal! For women, this means a long evening gown or nice shirt & slacks for men, a suit and tie are appropriate or nice shirt & slacks also! :)

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry! If you all wanted to do anything, we would prefer an experience for our honeymoon therefore anything helps! :)

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will be byob! We are celebrating this day to honor God :) We will have a champagne toast therefore you are more than welcome to celebrate with some champagne :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available in mamaw & papaws driveway! They have a longer driveway so it will workout perfectly :) it’s also not far of walk at all!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast :) we will have gazebos set up also!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we encourage you to take photos and share them on social media! Please use our wedding hashtag #Dykstrawedding so we can see all your wonderful pictures! :) we will also have a QR code through an app where you all can take up to 25 pictures on there & they will all be uploaded to the app to be able to print out! :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP so we can have a seat for them :)
