The countdown until our forever is on...

Every couple believes they have the most romantic love story.. and ours is no different. We both attended a college in Indiana and had no idea each other even existed. It took a very close friend of ours to set us up for a surprise lunch on September 28th, 2020.. and that's when our adventure began! After several months of going out on dates and growing closer to each other, we became more official on January 23rd, 2021. College continued and we took every possible minute to be with each other. Life went on and the time we dreaded came exceptionally fast.. summer. We both went back home to Florida and New Hampshire. 1,526 miles.. that's how far we were from each other, but we were determined to make this work even if we couldn't be together 24/7. Our summer consisted of hundreds of facetime calls, a plane ticket to New Hampshire, three 24 hour drives to Florida and our families meeting. Our love for each other had grown so undeniably strong, we knew nothing could separate us. { The Proposal } - Stephanie's POV: On September 28th (1 year anniversary) we got engaged! We took a walk through the Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens in PSL, Florida. As we strolled through the park I heard violin playing in the distance. We walked up to a dock on the water where a piano stood with a violinist and guitarist to both sides of it. Caleb led me down the dock, sat down at the piano and began to play and sing a song he wrote for me, with the violin and guitar accompanying him. When finished he got up and said a few words and next thing I knew, he was on his knee and out came the ring! I was clueless any of this was going to happen!
