Due to our large guest count, please note that the RSVP's online include the guest invited, please contact us if you have any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Please note that this will be an adult's only celebration. Please no children under the age of 18.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm at St. Peter's church in Council Bluffs, IA. Please arrive early to find a parking spot and your seat.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Reception will begin at 5:00 pm so please allow yourself enough time to get a drink and find your seat. Wedding Party will be arriving at 5:20 pm and dinner will be served after their arrival.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony is limited at St. Peter's church. So make sure to give yourself enough time to find a spot. Parking down at the 100 block is also an option. Parking for the reception at The Diamond Room will be located next to the venue as well as another parking lot across the street. Signs will direct you to it.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Holiday Inn downtown will have rooms reserved, make sure to mention Cool-Wellman wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Holiday Inn will have transportation from the hotel to the venue, as well as at the end of the night.
