Q&A

Question

How do I get to the ceremony site?

Answer

We are having the ceremony in Lost Dutchman State Park at Quail Group Campground. A map can be found above with labels for the park entrance and the campground. Upon entering the gate, follow the road down to fork, and take the first right to the campsites. Follow the road down until there is another right turn into Quail Group Campground. There will be signs indicating the "Cooley Crain ceremony" and there is paved parking available. Coordinates: 33.45357 N, 111.48509 W

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. May in Arizona can be warm, in the 80s-90s. We would love to see Arizona sunset hues or summer colors! In keeping with tradition, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream. Dresses with comfortable footwear are recommended. Suits, dress shirts with slacks, or a blazer (tie optional) work great, but please no jeans.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request your response by April 9 so we may thoughtfully plan our desert vows and the cozy Italian dinner reception to follow in a private wine cellar.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15 PM. Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and enjoy the desert setting before we begin.

Question

Where can I park for the ceremony?

Answer

There is a paved parking lot for the Quail group campsite, next to the ceremony site. There will be signs to help direct you!

Question

Can I bring a guest or children?

Answer

Each invitation is for the named guest(s) only. Due to space and accurate numbers for the state park, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or children. We can't wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family and we thank you for understanding!
