Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations are subject to pre-authorization 72 hrs. prior to arrival. If credit card on file is not valid, the guest will be contacted to provide a new credit card.

There will only be one trip from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony. The trolley will arrive at the hotel at 3:45 and will depart from the hotel to the venue promptly at 4:00. If you plan to leave the venue before 9:00, you will have to find transportation, as the trolley will arrive at the venue for departures back to the hotel from 9:00 through 10:30.
