Is there parking available at Ware River Yacht Club?

Answer

Yes, all cars will be parked in the grass. There are handicap parking spots available by the building too.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Have you reserved a block of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Gloucester. Please mention Sydney/Gina Cook's name to ensure you are booking under our wedding block for the discounted rate.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day with the exception of family members involved in the wedding.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Kue's Q is our caterer for the wedding day with a food selection of: brisket, pulled chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and salad. There will be charcuterie provided during the cocktail hour as well.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have beer, seltzers, wine, and cocktails. All liquor drinks will become available after the champagne toast at the reception. Please remember to bring cash to tip the bartender.
