Holly and Chris met way back in high school at 16 and 17. Holly had a crush on Chris long before he asked her on a date. Through the next several years, they parted ways, but still kept in touch off and on. In the summer of 2016, Holly was invited to the lake with friends, and only after agreeing to go, realized that it was Chris's boat they were going on. It was the first time they had seen each other in years, and after that day, they began talking and spent the summer catching up, getting to know one another, and seeing each other when they could. In September, they began dating and have been inseparable since. On October 8, 2018, while visiting a wedding venue, Chris pulled off the most amazing surprise proposal. On October 6, 2019, the two will become husband and wife in the exact spot that Chris proposed a year earlier. The two could not be more excited to celebrate starting their new life!
