While attending his first high school kegger, Andrew met Matt when failing a beer bong Matt had prepared. Later that same year, they worked together at the Cog Railroad in Manitou Springs, where they quickly became best friends. After decades of a beautiful friendship, of which Erin calls the pure definition of the word, full of adventure (and misadventure) Andrew was proud to stand as Matt’s best man. Andrew could not be more honored to have Matt by his side on this day.
Emily Pendleton
Our Maid of Honor
Emily moved in two doors down from Andrew a few months after he bought his house on Teller. After much persistence, she eventually (and reluctantly) gave in to Andrew’s friendship advances. In 2023, when Erin came to visit Andrew in Denver while still living in NYC, she met Emily, and the three of them quickly became close friends. Since then, Emily has brought so much joy into our lives and has been an incredible friend to both of us. She’s truly one of the most amazing women we’ve ever had the privilege of knowing, and we feel so honored to have her standing by our sides on this important day. Thank you, Emily, for always being there, for accepting us exactly as we are, and for being the kind of friend anyone would be lucky to have.

Drew and Andrew met in 2004 when Drew was living with their mutual friend Kirk. Andrew was convinced Drew was hitting on his girlfriend at the time, an allegation Drew denied. However, a few years later Drew moved into the Zenobia house, their friendship blossomed, and they became very close through thick and thin; proving Andrew’s early suspicions completely wrong... maybe. They spent many years there amid questionable living arrangements and even more questionable life choices. They stayed close even across long distances. After years of friendship, adventure (and misadventure), Andrew and Erin couldn’t be happier that Drew accepted their invitation to officiate the wedding.
