What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM. Cocktail hour & reception to follow immediately after.

Is this a child friendly wedding?

Answer

While we love children, our venue is not catered towards them. Due to space constraints at our venue, we respectfully ask that only children ages 10 and up attend.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Merrick Hollow. The address is 800109 S 3295 Rd, Wellston, OK, 74881.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside.

Question

What should I wear? What shoes should I wear?

Answer

We suggest cocktail attire appropriate for October weather. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting of course!) and we want all of our guests to be aware that the pathway towards the ceremony is a slightly uneven stone sidewalk and steps. Because of this, we suggest NOT wearing stilettos or any shoes that would make walking difficult.

What if I need assistance walking down to the site of the ceremony?

Answer

For those that are able to walk, there is a wooden bridge leading up to the reception site, and a stone walkway (with several steps) that leads from the reception down to the ceremony site. For those that need it, a golf cart will transport individuals directly from the parking lot to the ceremony site to avoid walking down the uneven stone steps.

What is the parking like at the venue?

Answer

This venue does NOT have marked parking spots - the parking lot is gravel and surrounded by trees. So starting at one hour before the ceremony, there will be a parking attendant present to help guests park.
