Cohen is Katie's older brother. Despite their obligatory sibling feuds, they have remained extremely close throughout the years. Growing up they played (now obviously dangerous) games like tackle football - Katie was always the one to be tackled, and bobsledding down the stairs. Now, the siblings bond over their love for Pokemon Go and Cohen's sassy daughter and two handsome sons.

Cory Decker

Best Man

Cory and Mike have been best friends since the age of 4 playing t-ball for the YMCA. Between sleepovers, basketball, baseball, fishing, travelling to professional sports games and chasing autographs, Cory and Mike were inseparable during high school. They have continued their friendship through playing video games and growing their hobby passion of sports cards and memorabilia.

Kelly Viel

Maid of Honor

Kelly is Katie's older cousin but she considers her more of a sister. Katie has lived with Kelly on several occasions and looks up to her in every aspect of life. When they were younger, they two loved spending time together whether it was going to the movies, concerts, Six Flags, baking or just spending time at home. Now that they are older, quality time looks a little different - the two enjoy movie nights complete with wine, charcuterie boards, and Kelly's three not-so-little boys.

Jack Brate

Jack and Mike are high school friends and became best friends while playing varsity baseball. Jack played first base and Mike was the catcher, but the two were throwing partners. Jack and Mike got together throughout college in Charlotte, NC where Jack calls home. When Mike moved down to Atlanta in 2019, the two got together every other month. Recently Jack got married and Mike was the best man. Whenever the two get together you know there will be a lot of stories and laughs.

Felicia Loetscher

Felicia is Katie's college roommate and best friend. The two bonded over a game of beer pong during Katie's freshman year of college when both girls were unhappy with their current living situation and needed a roommate. Little did they know a drunken agreement for two strangers to live together would mold a lifelong friendship. The two share a love for Nashville and have been many times together soaking in the live country music and the history.

Adam Shaker

Groomsman

Adam and Mike both went to high school together but didn't become best friends until college. During freshman year at Bentley, Adam and Mike became roommates and the rest was history. Their friendship and lives revolve around sports and cold beer. In 2022, Adam moved to Scottsdale, AZ and Mike accompanied him on the Midwest stretch of the road trip stopping in Chicago, Kansas City and Denver to watch baseball games and indulge in local beverages.

Emily Cooke

Emily is Katie's sister-in-law and friend. Katie always looks toward Emily when she needs honest advise. Katie and Emily bond over their love for Taco Mac nachos and Emily's three precious babies. Katie is so excited for Emily to stand next to her on her special day!

Andrew DeAngelis

Groomsman

Andrew and Mike met second semester of freshman year and have best friends since. During the post-college years Andrew and Mike were always seeking out adventure whether skiing, Indy 500, weekends on cape cod, or flying to Aruba. Give Andrew and Mike a cold beer and a Buck Hunter arcade machine and they will entertain themselves for hours.

Itzel Wiley

Itzel and Katie's friendship started in a less conventional way. Katie met Itzel on the same dating/friendship app that she met Mike - around the same time as well. Katie talked to Itzel about Mike every time they were together and Itzel encouraged Katie to go to Ashville with Mike - despite it being only their 3rd date. Itzel helped Mike and Katie buy their first home and has been a big part of their life since. Katie is so excited for Itzel to continue to be a part of their love story and stand beside them on their special day!

Tim Avrutik

Tim and Mike were original freshman roommates at Bentley, but became best friends later in college. Tim and Mike have a passion for horse racing and baseball. They can often times be found bonding over Kentucky Derby winners and mediocre early 2000s baseball players. Tim and Mike continue to keep tradition by going to Yankees games and horse races over the summer. Last year, Mike was a groomsman in Tim's wedding.

Drake Vissering

Katie and Drake have been friends since middle school. The two played travel softball together and were literally inseparable for an entire summer. They both grew apart when they left Jackson County for college but reunited in Alpharetta about a year ago and picked up right where they left off!

Brian Kronenwetter

Brian and Mike met first week at Bentley as Brian lived right down the hall from Tim and Mike. Brian and Mike became best friends on the recreational flag football field freshman year. As the years went on, Brian and Mike continued to live with each other and bond over beers and sports. Mike was a groomsman in Brian's wedding on NYE in 2020.

Addie Carithers

Addie and Katie have been best friends since high school. The two have enjoyed lots of adventures together including a week-long trip to California where they spent time in Napa Valley, drove down the gorgeous coast from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and attended an LA Angels game. Addie and Katie have been friends through many different phases in life and Katie is so excited to have Addie by her side as she starts this next chapter.

Alex Chasez

Katie has known Chasez for almost 15 years. He was like a big brother to her while she was in college. Mike and Chasez quickly became friends once they met and now the 3 enjoy hanging out and playing Pokémon Go together. Katie and Mike couldn't think of a better person to marry them on their special day.
