The weekend following the wedding is University of Texas graduation weekend, so the sooner you can book flights and hotels-- the BETTER! We are encouraging guests to stay downtown Austin. The wedding venue is about 45 minutes outside of the city, and there are no hotels nearby (only AirBnbs). We will be celebrating downtown through the weekend, so anyone willing and able to extend is more than welcome! Below you'll find our courtesy hotel blocks & any discount links that I'm able to acquire from these hotels.
If you'd rather stay in an AirBnb, I'd recommend using VRBO (cheaper typically). There are lots of great options downtown, near Lake Austin, and near the wedding venue.
The airport is roughly a 15 min Uber from downtown. Renting a car isn't a terrible idea if you'd like to explore.
There will be a bus heading downtown after the wedding for anyone that needs transportation at the end of the night.
