When should I RSVP by? Do I have a meal option?

Answer

As soon as possible, but no later than November 30th! I have to get final head count in to all vendors so please RSVP on time. YES, please choose chicken, beef, or vegetarian dinner option when you submit your RSVP.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

Please go to the RSVP tab of the website, type in your name, when you search your name anyone that is associated with your invitation will be able to RSVP. Certain Individuals are invited to the reception only, if that is the case you will see just "reception" when you RSVP, if you are invited to ceremony and reception you will see "ceremony" and "reception" RSVP options.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Its new years eve!! So reception ends just after midnight. We have planned the wedding in such a way to provide great entertainment (Live music, DJ, and a dueling piano show) so the night will be full of fun. We also have a lot of food and drinks planned! We want to ring in the new year with all of our loved ones.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes. You will be parking at EXPO CENTER 2 (it’s labeled in large letters on the side of the building) there is a large parking lot out front. This expo center is across the way from the equestrian hotel, which is where the ceremony will be held. The distance is walkable, and we will also have golf carts to transport you up to ceremony site and back to the expo center for the reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony begins at 5 pm, and the facility that is holding our wedding is very large so in order to make sure you get parked and get to the ceremony site and comfortably seated I would recommend getting there between 4:30 - 4:40 pm.

What is the easiest way to get to wedding site?

Answer

There are two entrances into the equestrian center, one off 80th street and one off SR 40, the easiest way to get to where our wedding will be held is to come in the entrance off of SR 40 and drive straight back until you see expo center 2 on your left hand side. If you come in off 80th street just follow the signage for expo center two, or the hotel and drive until you see expo center 2 (this is where you will park).
