Where do we park for the reception?
Answer
Unfortunately there is no parking available on site for the reception. Please refer to the picture above to see all available parking lots that are closest to the reception space.

Is There a Dress Code?
Answer
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or black tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits. Ladies please do not wear white.

When should we RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our wedding website by July 1st 2025.

Can I Bring A Plus One?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

What If I Didn’t RSVP In Time?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be automatically marked as a “no.” We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What Time Should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 12:00 pm. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony in order to park and take your seats. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion. Thank you for your understanding.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us! Cocktails and mixed drinks will be provided. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Will The Reception Be At The Same Location As The Ceremony?
Answer
No, the ceremony and reception will be held at 2 separate locations. The ceremony will be held at the San Juan Bautista Mission at 11:00am and the reception will be held at the Barns at Cooper Molera in Downtown Monterey at 4:00pm.

I Am Coming From Out Of Town, Where Should I Stay?
Answer
Since the ceremony and reception will be held in 2 different locations, there are lots of options for hotel stays! Please keep in mind that the distance between the ceremony and reception location is approximately 45 minutes. Please see the travel page for hotel recommendations or contact me directly for any further questions regarding hotels.
