Answer
Please arrive at Spruce Mountain Events Upper Ranch location between 3:30-3:45 MT to allow time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

Yes! The upper ranch has a large parking area, but parking will be on a first come first serve basis. We also encourage our friends and family to uber to remain safe during all the celebrating we will be doing that evening.

Yes! We want our guests to dress to impress while remaining comfortable, so we ask that guests adhere to Cocktail Attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors while the reception/dinner will be held inside with an option to go outside onto a beautifully lit patio. We please ask that guests refrain from wearing things like jeans, t-shirts, flip flops, or other casual clothing. Please no white dresses or other white attire for women. That color is for the bride!

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony to allow our wonderful professional photographer to do her work.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. We hope you take the evening to enjoy yourself!

Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be addressed explicitly within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

We have a room block for our guests at a local hotel! Please refer to our "travel" section where you will find information regarding the hotel as well as other helpful travel information.
