Formal invitations will be sent at a later date and will include a QR code for RSVP. You may also RSVP using the form on this website. Kindly respond at your earliest convenience. We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by February 13, 2027. If a guest has been reserved for you, it will be noted on your invitation.
We have reserved room blocks at the AC Hotel, Tru, and Courtyard Marriott. Additional hotel options are located near the ceremony and reception for guests who prefer alternative accommodations.
Guests may fly into PIE (St. Pete–Clearwater) or TPA (Tampa International), both of which are conveniently located near downtown St. Petersburg.
A short break will follow the ceremony, allowing time to refresh, relax, or explore the surrounding restaurants and bars. Check out our Things To Do page for recommendations!
Transportation will be provided via trolley to and from the ceremony, located approximately 10 minutes from the reception venue. We will have more details closer to the date.
Cocktail attire. This is your excuse to wear the outfit that’s been waiting for its moment. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the Birchwood Canopy rooftop, followed by an indoor reception in the ballroom.
