Yes, the ceremony and reception are both held at the same venue.

Yes, cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony. It will be inside the facility.

It's a Spring wedding. We're asking everyone to be casually dressed in pretty spring colors.

The wedding colors are black, white, magenta pink and emerald green.

Guests may check in the hotel at 3pm, check out is at 12 noon.

The building must be vacated by midnight. We will begin shutting down around 10:30 to ensure everything is cleaned up properly.

Guests may begin to arrive at the venue at 4pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Any guests not seated will not be seated until the bride enters.

Yes, there will be a bartender who will begin serving drinks for Cocktail hour. We have selected signature drinks and will also have other options. The bar will close at 10pm.

We are asking that no kids are present during the ceremony and reception other than the kids that are a part of the ceremony. This is an adult event.

We are operating strictly by RSVP. Due to limited space, we are asking that the guest list remains exclusive to the recipient and no other additional guests. It is imperative that your RSVP is received and has an accurate count.
