Everyone joining our wedding celebration has played a vital role in our lives. You have each helped shape us as individuals and we are so grateful to be coming together and sharing our love, joy, and excitement for becoming family forever. We have so much gratitude for each of the roles you play in our lives and the effort you made to be with us now. We look forward to this much needed opportunity to reconnect with our loved ones in such a beautiful setting: in the middle of the Rocky Mountains in the great outdoors. For our beloved friends and family unable to join us: your spirit will be with us and we wish you all nothing but health, happiness, and togetherness.
Connie was out in Vail Village with her girlfriends enjoying some "apres ski." Her friends suggested going to a new restaurant that had just opened, as it had a great deck and perfect sun exposure. The Chef of the new spot was Anthony, or Tone, as Connie now lovingly calls him. They locked eyes amidst the crowds and they struck up a conversation, immediately filled with laughter and familiarity. Then Tone asked Connie if he could cook her some food. Their first date was a home cooked meal. "Con" and "Tone" have been cooking and laughing together ever since.
Connie, Anthony, and Tucker traveled back to New York City for Thanksgiving 2019. The Wednesday night before, a big group of Connie's family gathered at their favorite Chinese restaurant on the West Side. After a fun-filled time wining and dining with Connie's family, Tone proposed in front of everyone, and the celebratory cheers, tears, and champagne started flowing.
