Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We’d love for our guests to dress up with us. Semi-formal attire is requested—please, no jeans or sneakers. We also kindly ask that you avoid wearing cream, ivory, or white, as those colors are reserved for the bride. Our reception has a vintage, old money vibe, so feel free to have fun with your look and lean into the theme if you'd like!

Can I bring a guest?

As much as we’d love to welcome everyone, our guest list is limited. If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see their name listed. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to party with you!

Are kids invited?
Answer
As much as we adore your kiddos, we kindly ask that only those children specifically named on the invitation attend. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Our venue is conveniently connected to the hotel, with parking available in the on-site garage. We’ll be sharing more details closer to the wedding.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

When should I RSVP?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is December 7th. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your response by this date, we won’t be able to accommodate late RSVPs and will have to count you as a "no." We truly appreciate your understanding, as we need to provide our venue with a final guest count in a timely manner. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and hope to see you there!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, Brick and Bower. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, with the reception following shortly after.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
All RSVPs will be collected online—no paper RSVPs will be sent out. You can RSVP directly on our website under the RSVP tab. If you have any trouble submitting your RSVP, please reach out to Rebecca or Cesar and let us know whether you’ll be able to join us. We’re happy to help and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify the couple or change your response in the RSVP tab as soon as you are aware.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar featuring a selection of special cocktails, wine, and beer for you to enjoy once the reception begins. If you’d like additional drinks or shots, those will be available for purchase. Please remember to drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home if you are not staying at the hotel. We want everyone to have a fantastic time while staying safe!

Can we hangout before or after the wedding?
Answer
We know some of you may be visiting from out of town, and we encourage you to take this opportunity to explore beautiful San Diego! While we would love to spend extra time with everyone, we’ll be quite busy with wedding preparations and festivities. However, we can’t wait to celebrate with you on our big day and truly appreciate you making the trip to be with us. If I am traveling from out of town where should I stay?
Answer
For your convenience, we’ve put together accommodation options on our Travel tab! There, you’ll find information on the hotel where our ceremony and reception will be held. Don’t forget to use the hotel block code when booking!
