What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline for the wedding is August 21st. Please make sure to respond by then so we can finalize the headcount for catering and seating arrangements. Thank you for letting us know if you are able to attend, we are looking forward to celebrating with you!

What should I wear to the wedding? What is the dress code?

Answer

When it comes to dressing for the wedding, the dress code is semi-formal, which means you can have fun dressing up a little bit without going too over-the-top. For the guys, a suit or dress pants with a dress shirt and shoes will do the trick, while ladies can opt for a cute cocktail dress, dressy skirt and top, or even a chic pantsuit. The weather in San Francisco during September can be warm during the day, but can get a bit chilly at night, so it's always a good idea to bring along a light sweater or jacket just in case. The key is to feel comfortable and look stylish, while still keeping it classy and appropriate for the special occasion.

What time does the ceremony start? What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is set to start at 3:30pm, but it's a good idea to arrive a little early to allow yourself time to find parking and get settled. You can plan on arriving at 3:00pm, which will give you a chance to socialize with other guests and get into the wedding spirit before the ceremony begins.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception at the venue will end at 9:00pm, but we'd love to keep the celebration going! While there's no formal after party, a group of us are planning to head down to Final Final, a bar down the Lyon Steps. You're more than welcome to join us and even buy the happy couple a drink!

Is there a shuttle or transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there won't be any shuttle or transportation provided, so you'll need to make your own arrangements to get there. If you're planning on driving, please note that there is no dedicated parking for the venue. However, street parking is usually light in the area at the time of the wedding, so you should be able to find a spot without too much trouble. Just be sure to check any posted parking signs and avoid any areas that are designated for resident permit parking. And if you prefer not to drive, there are several ride-sharing and taxi services available in the area, so you can easily arrange for a ride to the venue.

Can I bring a plus-one to the wedding?

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We're sorry to say that we won't be able to accommodate children at the event due to the limited space of our venue. We hope you can understand that we want to make sure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable time, and we're afraid that children might find it difficult to stay still during the ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding, and hope you can still join us for a memorable evening celebrating our special day.

Will there be food and drinks provided at the reception?

Answer

Of course! We want to make sure that you are well taken care of during the wedding reception. There will definitely be food and drinks provided for all of our guests to enjoy. We will be serving a delicious selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, along with a variety of wine and beer.

Will there be vegetarian or other dietary options available?

Answer

Absolutely! We want to make sure that all of our guests are accommodated, so we will have vegetarian and other dietary options available during the reception. Are cameras or phones allowed during the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We understand that you want to capture all the special moments at the wedding, so phones and cameras are allowed during both the ceremony and reception. However, we will also have a professional wedding photographer on-site who will be taking photos throughout the day. We'll be sharing all the photos post-event, so you can relive the memories and choose your favorites.

Are there any post-wedding events or activities planned, such as a brunch or farewell gathering?

Answer

Yes, there will be a casual brunch the morning after the wedding for all of our guests to enjoy. You can find all the details about the brunch in the schedule section of our wedding website.
