Please arrive to Mt Washington Hotel by 3:45pm on Saturday, August 24th. Shuttles will start to bring guests to the Bretton Woods Gondola at 3:45pm. The Gondola will take you up to the venue. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm.

Cocktail-Formal Attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit jacket & tie. Ladies, feel free to wear any cocktail-formal dress of your choosing.

Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors. You will be on cement, rug and hard flooring. No grass or uneven surfaces.

We are manifesting no rain, no wind, clear skies and a stunning sunset. Manifest with us. That being said we will be on top of a mountain in NH.
