Question

RSVP

Answer

Will you be there to celebrate with us? Please RSVP by 28th December. We’re excited to share our day with you! If we don't receive a response from you by then we will take your answer as a no as we really need to start planning out the big day!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately not, we have invited each guest personally to keep the guest list small and intimate.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a few hotels in Ostuni but in general we have found the best thing to do is to book using AirBnB! There are some stunning properties around the area, and as long as you are within walking distance of 'Centro Storico' then you will be able to get to our wedding venue really easy as Ostuni is quite a small city. We've been to Ostuni a couple of times ourselves now so if you are struggling or would like some help finding yourself accomodation then just let us know as we have a tonne of good recommendations saved.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Our venue is called La Sommita Relais, which translates to 'the summit' meaning we are right at the very top of the beautiful Ostuni. Luckily, our venue provides a relay service and can come collect you, it's a big old hill in high heels! If you'd like to be collected on the morning of the big day then let us know so we can arrange this for you. When organising travel from the airport to Ostuni we advise to book ahead as there aren’t many taxi firms and we found it a lot cheaper when booking in advance! Check out our Travel section where you can find taxi numbers.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Day one: Yes! We kindly ask Wedding guests to embrace the elegance of the occasion by dressing in the spirit of Italian Luxe . Think timeless sophistication. Gentleman, tailored suits or dressy summer attire is ideal (no shorts please) and Ladies glamorous and chic. Let’s celebrate in style against the stunning back drop of Ostuni! Day two: We ask all guests to wear ALL white only. #whiteparty

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In September, the weather in Puglia (located in the southern part of Italy) is generally warm and pleasant, making it one of the best months of the year. Temperature - Daytime highs typically range between 25°C to 30°C. - Evenings cool down to around 18°C to 22°C so it's comfortable but not too chilly. Rain: - Rain is relatively rare early in the month, but by the end of September, there could be occasional showers. However, these tend to be short-lived. Sunshine: - We're expecting plenty of sunshine, with an average of 8 to 9 hours of sunshine per day. Sea Temperature: - The sea is still warm enough for swimming, with temperatures around 23°C to 25°C.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We have made the decision to host an adults-only wedding. However, our venue has told us that there are day-care facilities available on site. If you're interested in booking this facilities then please do let us know and we will help you to get everything booked in.
