Ceremony

Our ceremony will be limited in attendance as we would prefer a smaller ceremony with close family. The ceremony will be held in the White Garden at the JC Raulston Arboretum. The Arboretum is open to the public; however, we have the White Garden reserved for our ceremony. This is an outdoor ceremony, so please check the weather and bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast. There is a small parking lot as well as street parking along Deryl Rd. Please see the Maps page for a helpful map for parking and walking to the White Garden. We recommend carpooling with other guests or taking an Uber/Lyft if you are concerned about parking.

A formal plated dinner will be held at the Second Empire Restaurant for our ceremony guests. There is a very small parking lot at the restaurant, street parking, as well as some nearby paid parking lots/garages. NOTE: We are working on determining what the best parking option will be for our guests and will update this soon. Please see the Maps page for a helpful map showing the restaurant location, parking, and the entrance to the restaurant. Also please be cautious when driving in Downtown Raleigh (including where the restaurant is located) as many streets are one-way only. We recommend carpooling with other guests or taking an Uber/Lyft if you are concerned about parking.
Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres

Additional guests are invited to join us at the Second Empire Restaurant after dinner for drinks and small bites. The drink selections will include wine and house cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Our ceremony/dinner guests are of course welcome to stay during this time for drinks and socializing.
