For the welcome party: please be mindful of the weather/temperature! We will be indoors for card games and karaoke before venturing outdoors to the bonfire. No real dress code, jeans are welcome, whatever you are comfortable in!! For sports day: comfortable, athletic and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring a swimsuit or change of clothes if you'd like to do kayaking, canoes or paddle boarding. For the ceremony: We ask that our guests wear "dressy casual". We know navigating wedding attire can be complicated or confusing at times. Please feel free to reach out with questions! We want you to feel good first and foremost :) Our only ask is that you please stray from wearing jeans or khakis.
With weather's cooperation, we will be having the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors! There's an easy transition to indoors if needed :) The ceremony is on a slight slant and on grass so be mindful of your footwear.

Absolutely! Couldn't have a party at a summer camp without welcoming kiddos :) Please be sure to include them on your RSVP. However, if you want a night away (you deserve it), feel free to tell whoever you need that there are no kids allowed, haha!
We will have a buffet-style dinner and communicate all allergies/dietary restrictions with the Chef. Please indicate all allergies and restrictions on your RSVP so we can let the venue know.
Our venue is at a remote summer campground location. Please note the only way to get to/from our venue is driving yourself. There will be no ubers/lyfts available. If you plan to drink at any of our events, please coordinate for a designated driver and carpool!
Due to our guests' diverse needs, we will not be doing a hotel block. We've included a list of hotels nearby but please feel free to do your own research as well to fit your needs. It is a busy time of year due to "leaf peepers" so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
We ask that all guests are seated/at ceremony by 4:15pm as we will be starting promptly at 4:30pm!
For all of our events - camp cody is a BYOB and No-Nuts venue. We strongly encourage you to bring your own drinks and coolers, as well as any snacks you'd like! While we cannot serve hard liquor - feel free to indulge. We just ask that you please keep any bottles in your cabins or coolers! Welcome Party: Please plan to eat a meal prior to joining us :) We will provide light snacks and refreshments (non-alcoholic). Sports Day: Please enjoy a meal prior to joining us! We will provide light snacks and refreshments (non-alcoholic). It's a long day, but feel free to have a few drinks as you please. Just stay hydrated and safe :) Cocktail Hour: We will provide some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as the appetizers for the evening! Reception: Dinner will be buffet-style! You will have an option on your RSVP to let us know of any allergies/dietary restrictions. Please do so promptly so we can accommodate your needs :)
