Summer is the most lively time of the year on historic Bowen’s Wharf, known as the anchor of Newport. There is great shopping, outdoor dining, live music and the kick off spot for most boat tours.
Dive in and embrace the Gilded Age by touring these incredible mansions also known as the New York high society's "summer homes." The Breakers is the largest of the mansions, originally owned by the Vanderbilts and then donated to the Newport Mansion Society to be a museum. We toured it on our first trip to Newport and the architecture will truly blow your mind!
This is where Conor proposed! A gorgeous cliffside overlooking the Narragansett Bay, this lighthouse will forever be such a special place to us.
