Reception

Cocktail hour starts at 5pm. For your convenience and safety, there will also be a shuttle bus running on a schedule between the hotel and the venue prior to the cocktail hour and throughout the reception. If you want to bring your own vehicle, public parking is available at the Embassy Public Parking Lot (on Cooper St) for $1/hour or $6/day, though parking is free after 6 PM. There is a pedestrian footbridge across the Charles River from the lot to Landry Park and the Riverwalk. Follow the Riverwalk east along the river for approximately 200 feet and the museum entrance will be on your left. Please let us know if you need additional accommodations and we can coordinate for certain guests to be dropped off closer to the museum. We're looking forward to celebrating with all of you!
