Reagan Airport (DCA) is the most convenient airport for the wedding weekend. Dulles (IAD) is a little farther out, but also a good option. BWI is an hour away (with no traffic).
We have wedding blocks at three hotels in the Ballston area of Arlington, all within a block or two of the Metro (subway system: https://washington.org/navigating-dc-metro), and convenient to the church and reception.
