When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know that you are able to attend to assist us with planning. However, we ask for a response by July 25, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the end of July, we will have to mark you as "not attending" and we will no longer have you included in the guest list. Our vendors need final head counts and we will not be able to make any exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early (4:15 PM) to find a seat and be ready to start the celebrations on time.

Is the wedding ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a grass area near our venue's pond. Please be prepared that the temperature in August may be high for the ceremony. However, the reception will follow indoors and it will be air conditioned.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. We are aiming for a dressy casual atmosphere, but please, no jeans.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, however due to venue capacity and safety concerns related to the pond on the venue grounds, we have made the decision to limit children to family and our out of town guests only. We hope our in town guests can use our wedding as a fun date night! For those of our guests that are bringing children, we ask that you please keep a close watch on them at all times. Thank you in advance for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Due to venue capacity and to keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any arranged transportation, however Uber and Lyft are great options! We highly encourage using these transportation options so you can enjoy yourself and get home safely!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot right outside of our venue. It is dirt/gravel so please watch your step while walking through the parking area.
