For our Beer Lovers: With six breweries within a half-mile radius in Kansas City’s East Crossroads neighborhood, it’s easy to understand how the area has gained the nickname Brewer’s Alley. This multi-block area downtown features breweries of varying sizes and styles and has transformed into a walkable destination for brewers and craft-beer fans alike.

Good queso & strong margaritas! There are plenty of other Mexican Restaurants along Southwest Blvd like Manny's, Ponaks, El Patron. Or if you want to travel to Brookside (15 min from the hotel) - its a cute little area that has Jalapenos (my personal fav) or Brookside Barrio.
