We’re getting married!

Connor and Tabbatha met while working together at the airport in Phoenix, Arizona. Connor was in his last year of college and working part time, while Tabbatha had just been hired on and was working nights. Their paths crossed when they were scheduled together despite working in different areas, and they hit it off immediately. For their entire shift, they watched Jerry Springer and talked about old cartoons. That weekend, Tabbatha went to Vegas for her 21st birthday, and when she came back Connor asked her out while they were both at work. Their coworkers wanted to join them, so they decided to meet earlier in the day and go on the 'real date' (to Red Robin and Barnes and Noble), and then met up with everyone else for karaoke. They have been inseparable ever since.

Shortly after they moved to California, Connor was back in town from traveling to attend a family reunion. Thinking this was a perfect opportunity, Connor began to set his plan in motion. He told Tabbatha they were going to take family pictures, so they started that day getting a coffee and going on a shopping spree to buy new outfits. Tabbatha, having been suspicious after five years of dating, had let her guard down and did not suspect a thing. He told his family that it was going to happen that night, on the beach, at sunset. Connor led Tabbatha out to the edge of the water after family pictures, and, with the setting sun in the background, got down on one knee and proposed.
