While we did not block off rooms at any hotels this is the Cape and the options to stay are endless! The house we rented for the Wedding in Chatham but honestly anywhere from Hyannis to Orleans is going to be great! Though Chatham is one of the most famous towns on the Cape. Other than Provincetown (obviously) but it is up to you if you want to make that trek.
