If you have extra time while you're in town, check out some of our favorite things to do in the area.

A great walkable shopping center near our apartment! We love to hang out here in the summer and are frequent visitors to the Barnes and Noble.  Check out Chip City for great cookies and Nice Cream for ice cream made with liquid nitrogen!

Georgetown is a great place to walk around and do some shopping! There's a nice path along the river, or check out the beautiful historic townhomes north of M Street.

14th Street is home to some of DC's best restaurants and bars.  Check out Le Diplomate (you will need reservations in advance), Mi Vida, Jane Jane, and Player's Club!

Our first date was a Nats baseball game!  The surrounding neighborhood is full of fun sports bars and restaurants.
