Maid of Honor
Rachel and Mikala grew up together, literally since they were 1 year old. They have always been close and easily have maintained their friendship over the past 26 years. They enjoy coffee, game nights, country concerts, and playing kickball together in an adult rec league. All these years later and they still have fun together as best friends.
Best Man
Jeremy and Connor have known each other since birth, and they've been best friends ever since. They love to cheer on their Suns (and have been 1/2 season ticket holders together), attempt to golf like the pros, grab beers at 4 peaks, and watch any movie with Will Ferrell. They're such good friends, that they decided to get engaged in the same month and buy their rings from the same jeweler. Fun Fact: Connor and Jeremy get pedicures together as bro dates.
Bridesmaid
One of the great parts of Rachel's college experience was having Kristen as her junior and senior year roommate. Kristen is a kind, down-to-earth friend, who is always down for a good time. If they weren't grabbing La Fonda's Mexican food or going to a free NAU concert or paint night, they were watching Friend's or Grey's Anatomy together. Even though they now live in different states, Rachel and Kristen pick right back up to the old days every time they see each other.
Groomsman
Nick and Connor met at a missions trip the summer before their freshman year of college. They became even better friends throughout college working out, playing intramural volleyball and basketball, and snowboarding every season at Sunrise. Nick has been there for Connor in some of the toughest times of Connor's life, and Connor couldn't be more grateful for their friendship through those times. Fun Fact: Nick and Connor may potentially be distant distant distant cousins... like many generations up the line. Do you see the resemblance? (Nick's mom couldn't pick Connor out of a lineup of baby photos of Nick)
Bridesmaid
Rachel first met Jessica at the dorm rooms in McKay sophomore year, then again in chemistry classes but didn't become close until junior year when Rachel was more social. Rachel and Jessica quickly learned they both enjoyed Italian food, movie nights, and had lunch dates together between classes, and the rest is history!
Groomsman
Bryan and Connor first met at Youth Camp their senior year of high school. Their friendship grew as they both attended UofA together, played intramural basketball all 4 years of college (and won an IM championship!), played more basketball after college in city leagues, and even more basketball in different church tournaments (which they also won numerous times!). Do you get it? They both love basketball, which is why they're such great friends. Fun Fact: Bryan is the only friend that can vouch for Connor touching the rim before he was paralyzed.
Bridesman
Thomas is not only my brother - he is one of my good friends. We share a love for our family, diy projects, and traveling to the beach. He is one of the most creative people I know, and I can always count on him for anything. He is always kind and thoughtful - I couldn’t imagine getting married without his love and support!
Groomsman
Herbie and Connor met when Connor was a junior high camper at Youth Camp, and Herbie was a counselor. They started hanging out more, much later, when Connor was in PT school. Connor basically spent all of his breaks from PT school out in California staying with and visiting Herbie (and Nick!). Their friendship has grown more and more throughout the years, stemming from them spending stupid amounts of money on food, to now spending too much money trying to golf. Fun Fact: Herbie, Connor, and Rachel, all have the same jacket, but bought them at different times.
