When should I RSVP by?

RSVP via the website by July 1st.

Can I RVSP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We ask that you please RVSP online using the QR code included in your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the farm by 4:30 PM in order to allow ample time for parking. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Do not be late! Drinks will be available for guests who arrive early.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire. Please dress to impress but also be comfortable! We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate any children on our wedding day.

Absolutely! We will be sending out surveys with the invitations :) We plan on having an entree choice that is vegetarian. If you have additional restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors at the hickory tree and the cocktail hour will take place on the patio. The reception will take place indoors in the barn.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 375 North Maple St. Enfield, CT 06082. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end at 10:00pm. That is also Liv's bedtime. There will be no after-party, but Northampton is nearby if you would like to keep your night going later.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue and driving to the venue will be the easiest option. Depending on demand, we may offer one shuttle to and from Hotel Northampton. Please let us know if you plan to stay in a nearby hotel or plan to go home after the wedding via the questions in the online RSVP survey.   An old school cab company can be called if you end up needing a ride back to town after the wedding. Ubers/lyfts are unlikely to be an option for leaving the venue in the PM.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels?

Answer

Yes, at the Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn & Suites. Instructions on booking these rooms can be found in the Travel section of the website.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. Dessert and late-night snacks will also be provided.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place on the patio between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, music, and lawn games.
