What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:45 to find a seat and get settled. Otherwise you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Will the Wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside but, the reception will be held inside. In the case of inclement weather both the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over and we enter cocktail hour feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like & don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! We ask that during the ceremony parents try to keep noise at a minimum. For those of you that will be bringing your children, please be sure to watch them closely.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out early June and we ask that you RSVP by 8/13/26 to allow us to finalize our head count and plan accordingly. If we do not receive a RSVP from you by then we will assume you will not be able to attend but we will miss you dearly.

What if I am unable to attend

Answer

Your presence on our big day will most definitely be missed. Please RSVP not attending for us to plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd attending but now find you are not able to please contact us as soon as possible.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire but we ask that you don't wear white, cream, ivory or anything which is typically associated with being bridal.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Answer

No, due to the policies and procedures set by our venue there are no allowed outside food or drinks for our event. However don't you worry we have picked out an amazing menu for our guest and are excited for you to try it.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family.

What's the bar situation?

Answer

The drinks are on us but whatever happens next is on you! We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red & white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee. Please drink responsibly and have a designated driver or other planned transportation back to where you are staying :)

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at 2 separate hotels ranging in prices and distance from the venue. Links for both hotels can be found on the "Travel & Hotel" page but make sure you book before 8/12/26 to ensure you get our discounted rate.

What's the best gift to get you?

Answer
