Our story began with our parents, who worked together and thought their two single kids should go on a date. What started as a few text conversations soon led to our first date at The Vig—where the conversation flowed so effortlessly, we never wanted it to end. By the end of that same week, we had our second date, bonding over our shared love of Legos and Star Wars. From that moment on, we were inseparable and made our relationship official that month! Connor later proposed in January 2025 and took us back to where it all began—our first date spot—and the rest is history.

Our second date consisted of him picking me up to drive to Tortilla Flats, about an hour drive which then turned into a three hour traffic jam. Being stuck in a car definitely bonds you! We then did not want the day to end there so we went to the mall where we bought an R2D2 lego set (Star Wars Character) where we then built it while watching Star Wars. This is where we like to say we fell in love.
