What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We hope to start the ceremony on time at 4:00 pm. Please plan to arrive around 3:30 pm to ensure you get to your seat in time for the ceremony!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our Children?

Answer

While we love your kids, unless they were mentioned on your invitation, we will not be able to accommodate them. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal. This means you can wear a tux, evening gown, formal suit, or cocktail dress, midi dress- whatever makes you feel your best!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block for our guests at the Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Richmond. For more information, please see the "Hotel+Travel” tab.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, but if the weather doesn't allow, we will plan for an indoor ceremony.

Where do I park?

Answer

You can park at the venue! The venue can hold up to 70 cars so please Uber/Carpool if possible. We also will have a shuttle that will drop off and pick up from the Baymont Inn Hotel. For more information please click on our "Hotel+Travel" tab.

Is there a Shuttle?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle going to and from the venue and hotel. Please see the "Hotel+Travel" tab for more information.
