When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding is Sunday, April 13th, 2025 at 11:00 AM at The Silver Swan Bayside in Stevensville, MD. Guests should start arriving at 10:30 AM to find their seats for the ceremony.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue at 10:30 AM so we can promptly begin our ceremony at 11:00 AM. The Boat Show has been rescheduled to the same weekend as the wedding. There will likely be heavy traffic and limited hotel rooms on the island. Please plan your commute accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025 using the QR code on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are providing one signature cocktail and a cash bar. Be sure to bring cash if you'd like a different drink!

Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP, please make sure to communicate what allergens and dietary restrictions you have so that the chefs can make these accommodations accordingly.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Silver Swan Bayside has a large parking lot with parking attendants who will show you where to park when you arrive at the venue.

Are there hotels nearby where I could stay?

Answer

Yes! You can either stay over on Kent Island or in Annapolis. A few hotels to look into are the following: Kent Island Resort, Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island. The Boat Show has been rescheduled for the same weekend as the wedding. There will likely be heavy traffic and limited hotel rooms on the island. Please try to book your rooms in advance.
