How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 17th using the tab above. Please note that we must provide our vendors with an exact guest count, so late RSVPs cannot be accepted. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Please wear cocktail attire. Ladies, think knee-length or midi dresses and dressy block heels. Gentlemen, think dress shirt, optional blazer, dress pants, polished shoes. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at Hidden Greens Event Venue. The address is 12977 200th Street E, Hastings, MN, 55033. The ceremony and cocktail our will be held outside, while the reception will be indoors. There is a short walk to the ceremony site. Golf carts will be available to assist elderly and disabled guests.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if needed, but it must be picked up by 9 am the next day. We encourage guests to use our provided transportation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding day intimate, all guests are listed formally on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, you will be able to enter their name when completing your RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children unless they have been specified on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding. You deserve a night out on the town!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking pictures and using their phones during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

End of the night shuttle

Answer

We have organized a shuttle to take guests from Treasure Island Resort to Hidden Greens before the ceremony. Shuttles will be departing at approximately 3:40. To ensure everyone has a safe ride back to their accommodations, shuttles will take guests back to Treasure Island Resort after a night of dancing. Shuttles will be departing from Hidden Greens at the end of the night. If you choose not to utilize the shuttle service, please ensure that vehicles are picked up from Hidden Greens by 9 a.m. the following morning.
