The wedding is 40 minutes east of Richmond in Providence Forge, Va.
There are two possible locations to stay; downtown Richmond or near the airport. Downtown Richmond is very walkable and is a great option to explore the city and river and the airport is a great location if you won't have much time in Richmond outside of the wedding.
The Welcome Party is an easy Uber from downtown Richmond.
On the day of the ceremony, buses will be running a loop from the Omni Hotel (<1 block from the Berkeley) in downtown Richmond and the Sheridan Airport Hotel.

A complimentary shuttle is available at the Delta Hotel downtown, which can take guests anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. The Welcome Party at Basic City Beer is within that zone, as is the Berkeley Hotel, from which our buses will depart on Saturday.

Four Points by Sheraton

The Four Points by Sheraton hotel at the Richmond Airport has a complimentary dedicated shuttle which carries guests to and from the airport. On Saturday, one of our buses will make a stop to pick up and drop off guests at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel on their way to/from the farm. (Note that there are 2 different Sheraton airport hotels.)
