We met our junior year of high school. Maggie was helping out at as a student athletic trainer at one of Connor's basketball games in which he asked one of his teammates for her number. After talking for a couple of months and countless post game ice cream hangouts at Andy's, Connor asked Maggie to go to prom, leading to their first date at Starved Rock State Park. Throughout the years, our relationship continued to grow as we both attended Northern Michigan University and traveled with family across the United States and Europe. After a little over five years of dating, Connor proposed to Maggie at the very same spot of their first date and the rest is history.
