Yes of course! Please let the bride or groom (the bride will actually answer her phone) before hand so we can accommodate all.
Yes! The more the merrier, we all are kids at at heart and want everyone there. Your invitation will be addressed as the following “The {Your Last Name} Family” for those that have kids. Just let the bride or groom know if you need to make any accommodations ahead of time as we do have limited space available.
Those of which who we have planned to bring a plus one your invitation will be addressed as the following “{Your Name} and Guest”. We do have limited space but if you were not one of the chosen please just contact the bride or groom to see if we can squeeze in an extra chair.
For those of you that are traveling to Oregon and have never been, the weather is slightly different. In June we are hoping for no rain but you never know even in the summer months. With that being said we are hoping for sunshine! Although if the sun is shining it may barely get up to 80 degrees, with no humidity (that’s the best part)! So prepare for slightly cooler weather than you may be used to in the summer.
Please RSVP by April 1st as we need to let the venue know ahead of time so we can have room for everyone.
The ceremony will be at 5 pm, following that at about 6 pm will be the reception. The ceremony is outside, if weather permits. The reception is inside. There is some parking at the venue.
ASAP! Please keep in mind that this is the same weekend that the University or Oregon is graduating so some hotels are filling up quick as well as flights. If you need help with where to look, please reach out and we will be glad to help.
