LAX has many direct and connecting flights to get you to California. There is a Santa Barbara Airbus that can shuttle you from LAX up to Santa Barbara (about an hour drive). Santa Barbara has a small airport! SBA has many connecting flights from places. It would be easy to uber / drive downtown or to your hotel from the airport.
There are so many cute boutique hotels in Santa Barbara. Feel free to explore any / all of those options! There are also a few hotels listed on our Travel page for you to browse. Do what is best for you and your family! If you are looking to stay in an airbnb, let us know and we can connect you with others looking to do the same!
Santa Barbara is a very walkable beach city. Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful. Everything is close and there's lots to see and do! If you are renting a car, please note that we are shuttling guests from the Hilton Beachfront Resort to Sunstone Winery, so you do not need to drive to/from the ceremony/reception.

For our ceremony/reception, please dress in semi-formal attire. Think long dresses and ties. The weather can change from warm to cooler at night, so layers are great. Whatever makes you feel comfortable and fancy!
