Located at the base of the dam and across the water from Historic Fishtown, Falling Waters is a unique family-owned hotel. The guests rooms are simple and clean and you can't stay in a more convenient or picturesque setting in Leland. Book online or call to inquire about a reservation and room options. * Reservations made online will collect a deposit immediately. Reservations made by phone will take information to charge a deposit in January. Until then, the reservation will be held.

The Riverside Inn

The Riverside Inn ("The Riv") is Leland's white tablecloth restaurant and boutique inn situated on the Carp River. Walking distance to everything Leland, The Riv offers five en-suite guest rooms, all beautifully renovated.

Historic hotel/restaurant located right in Leland. * This option for accommodations may open up after the 1st of the year (1/1/2027). They wait to see if the whole property rents for a wedding/event. If it does not, they open up individual rooms for guests. Check back or inquire by calling if you like.
