We met the way many people do lately - on a dating app. We had our first date at The Treehouse in East Nashville. It was a fairly average first date with a few awkward pauses, but we enjoyed it enough to go on a second date a week later! During our second date, we went to dinner and Top Golf. We had so much fun that we hung out the next night and the next and the next and the rest was history!

On April 20, 2019, we were planning to meet Connor's family for dinner for his sister's birthday. We agreed to meet them at The Treehouse for drinks before. As we were walking up to the restaurant, it hit me that this was where we first met. At that moment, Connor took me to the exact spot at the entrance where we first spoke. He then asked me to marry him. I was so excited that I blacked out! I didn't realize that he had asked me, so I made him ask a second time! We then walked out back and all of our family and friends were waiting to celebrate us!
