Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at both locations! Parking at the reception may be limited so we recommend carpooling if you feel comfortable doing so.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at the reception, we ask that only people listed on your invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, and the reception will be outdoors. The cottage will be opened and will have air conditioning, but the majority of events will take place outside. Although the reception will take place later in the day, please dress appropriately as it will be hot.

How do I get to the reception venue?

Answer

When you arrive at Maclay Gardens, tell the park ranger you are attending the "Berning Wedding." They will let you enter the park without paying an entrance fee. Then, all you have to do is follow the signs to the "Gardener's Cottage" until you reach the dirt parking lot!
