Are we invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

If the rehearsal is not listed on your RSVP page under events, then no. We are only including immediate family and wedding party as we do our best to keep within our budget. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you at the wedding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're going for formal/cocktail attire please! Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks (not jeans).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton but there are many great hotels near the venue too!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2pm so we recommend arriving about 15 minutes prior to that to allow time to get seated before it starts.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes!! If your kids were listed on your invitation or when you RSVP, we would LOVE to have them come! If they were not on the invitation, unfortunately as we do our best to keep this a small celebration, we are not able to have everyone's families join us. There will be outdoor space at the reception venue for kids to run around and play games.

What's the bar situation like?

Answer

We will have a partially hosted bar where we will serve a set amount of a red wine, white wine and beer. After that amount runs out, it be a cash bar. There will be unlimited free soft drinks and coffee. Hyland does not serve hard liquor but will have beer, wine, hard ciders and seltzers available.
