Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Brooke Rodvelt

Matron of Honor

Brooke is my (Leah's) older sister and has been a steadfast, fun-loving friend. Throughout our childhood, we spent many hours playing Barbies, constructing elaborate Barbie house floor plans, orchestrating our own "play weddings" and listening to the Backstreet Boys or N*Sync. I've always looked up to Brooke, her sense of style and the ways she cares for those around her.

Caitlin Henry

Bridesmaid

Caitlin and I's friendship means so much to me. Born only three days apart, I'm so grateful to have a friend as close as Caitlin. We attended kindergarten through high school together, lived together a couple of years in college and remain close friends. She's brilliant, kind-hearted and one of the best storytellers I know.

Alicia Spalding

Bridesmaid

Everyone needs a friend they can be goofy around, and that's how I would describe Alicia and I's friendship. We attended youth group together at Circleville Christian Church, served together as interns at King Solomon Christian Camp for an entire summer and have stayed friends despite living in two different states. Alicia's love for God and her faithfulness inspires me and I'm so grateful to have a friend like her. Alicia is credited with setting Connor and I up--and we're so glad she did!

Kate Acton

Bridesmaid

Kate is fun-loving, witty and thoughtful. She's Connor's middle sister, and they joke about being twins born two years apart. From the short time I've known her, it's easy to see why Connor and Kate are so close. I'm excited to gain Kate as a sister-in-law and I'm sure she'll have some helpful tips for keeping up with Connor's antics. :)

Jacob Spalding

Best Man

Jake is one of those lifelong friends you see in the movies. We were best friends in preschool and partners in crime in high school. Over the years, Jake and I have shared countless antics and have been there loyally for each other for many major life events.

Stephen LaGue

Groomsman

Stephen and I became instant friends at play auditions during freshman orientation at JBU. As soon as he made a joke about riding jet skis indoors, I knew I had found a kindred spirit. Along with being hilarious, Stephen has shown himself to be one of the most deeply caring and loyal friends you could have.

Josh Campbell

Groomsman

Josh and I became roommates when his planned roommate left JBU. But this serendipity led to one of he most loyal friendships one could ask for! We became roommates for the rest of our time in J. Alvin Dorm and lived together the rest of my time in Arkansas. Josh and I are pretty different in external interests but we shared a lot in character and our rambunctious sense of adventurous fun.

Daniel Loganbill

Groomsman

Daniel and I’s friendship would win the award for most improved. Although it got off to a bit of a rocky start freshman year, as we both matured we were able to see the strengths of each other's differences. And what blossomed was a fiercely loyal friendship with a high level of respect for each other's strengths perspectives especially on matters of the Christian faith.
